Who we are
Higher Agency builds custom sales and marketing software for businesses. This website is how you find us. You can reach us anytime at our contact email or through the contact form.
What we collect, and why
The contact form. If you submit the form, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you typed. It's delivered to us as an email (via Resend, our email delivery provider) and lives in our inbox like any other correspondence. We use it to reply to you. That's it.
Rate limiting. When you submit the form, your IP address is stored for up to one hour (in Upstash Redis, via our host) purely to prevent spam floods. It expires automatically.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-less, aggregate analytics service. It tells us things like how many people visited and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you to other sites.
Hosting logs. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs, as effectively every website's infrastructure does.
What we don't do
No cookies. No ad trackers. No selling, renting, or sharing your information with anyone for marketing. No data brokers. The only third parties that touch any data are the infrastructure named above (Vercel, Resend, Upstash), and only to do the jobs described above.
How long we keep things
Contact-form submissions are kept as ordinary email correspondence. Rate-limit records expire within an hour. Analytics are aggregate and contain nothing identifying you.
Your rights
Want to know what we have from you, or want it deleted? Email us and we'll handle it, typically within a few days. California residents: the CCPA gives you formal rights to access and deletion; the informal version is the same email, and we honor it the same way.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. We won't quietly get worse.
